dvips fail to find gbsn00lp.ttf font

I have installed the required font packages tfm-arphic-*. The "latex" progresses
successfully,
 but "dvips" gives errors:

I am sure there is gbsn00lp.ttf under /usr/share/texmf/fonts/truetype/arphic/
Why cannot it be found by default settings?
