Why Does The Cursor Shape Becomes White and Large?

Hello,evereyone:

	I has upgraded the XFree86 to 4.3, then I found my mouse pointer became a new style which is white and large. When I only ran the X server, the cursor is the default black "X", but it changed once I start gdm or any windowmanager. How to change it to the original style? I don't like the "white-and-large" shape:-). Thanks.
