WEB bug: The "two dots" in menu link of Chinese Debian Developers Zone cause dead link

First go to this URL:
	http://www.debian.org/intl/zh/devel/

Then you'll find that most menu links at the left of the page has "two dots" ( .. ) in them, that cause those links dead, it's very inconvenient and I should delete the evil "two dots" manually every time I want to explore the developer's zone.

Will anybody fix it up? thanks :)
