好像很久前我也干过这种事，不过已经忘记怎么修好的了....
$ dpkg -S /var/cache/apt/archives/partial
apt: /var/cache/apt/archives/partial
看来这个档案是在 apt 里面，手动 download apt 包然后用 dpkg -i
装上看看是否可行?
也可以试试把 /etc/apt/sources.list 清乾净之后打 apt-get update
然后再重跑 apt-setup 设定 sources.list。
