man telnetd
可能可以打开debug模式，看看它在干什么。
我会把
127.0.0.1 localhost
放到 /etc/hosts 里的。
man hosts
预设的 /etc/hosts.deny 是paranoid ，应该会进行反查，查不到
就不让连接。也可能是别的原因。
