Chinese GPLs ready for copying to FSF site

Dear FSF: I have made the finishing formatting touches for the Chinese
GPL. It has been passed around so long in Taiwan that the original
translators are unknown. I have created a Beijing Chinese version
also. These can be put on
http://www.fsf.org/licenses/translations.html today. Please copy the
files to fsf.org --- if you merely link to my site nobody in China can
see it because geocities is banned.

http://www.geocities.com/jidanni/gpl_junk.txt #never mind this
I will see if anybody has comments about the formatting, filenames,
etc. and if all is well, in March 2002 you will copy them to somewhere
on www.fsf.org and I can remove them from my website.
Thanks -- Dan Jacobson. 2/19/2002
[Note: the previous site had "linux" in the URL, and RMS will not link
to that. Anyways I have cleaned up the HTML further anyway.]
Unicode versions: I lack the expertise, though I do notice b5tou8,
etc. commands on my system.
