两者都不是；应该是

	apt-get update ; apt-get -u dist-upgrade

换言之，像这样的大规模升级，用 dist-upgrade 比 upgrade 好。
请见 apt-get 的 man page。

注意什么？要有心理准备，因为 unstable 有时真的会名副其实，
真的不稳定，即是刚巧可能有个重要套件真的失灵……  :-)
