zh-trans depends on locale-zh

zh-trans depends on locale-zh which is deprecated by libc-2.2.
请问 zh-trans 的 plan 是怎样的呢 ? 因为它包括有许多的 mo, 这些
mo 是否会融入各自的 upstream 中去呢 ?
