RE: xchat的autoconvert plugins

还没单独做成开发包，现在autogb[b5]用的还是静态编译。 那个xchat-autogb也是用的静态libhz库。
最近想调整一下autoconvert的结构，准备采用类似iconv的工作流程，不然的话加入utf-8等支持太麻烦了。
我已经弄好了一部分，根据输入和输出自动组合转换模块的已经弄好了，以后加入新的模块就简单了。
现在正在改写autoconvert。我象等这个版本之后在单独形成一个开发包。
