RE: chinese in irc?

   我现在用的是gnome-xchat, xchat 支持perl的plugins。我想应该不会很难，我们只要处理从irc server发过来的消息就行，将irc过来的消息直接
交给autogb,or autob5，不管从irc来的消息是gb还是big5,我们总能得到需要的编码。不过这样需要大家都装这个plugin，我想不出更好的办法了。
 BTW: #debian-zh太冷清了。

呵呵, 好主意啊. 但是 IRC 的 Plugin 似乎是每一个 Client 都有自己
的 API, 这样就比较烦啊... mmmmm
