Hi Paul,
Good catch! Thanks for remind me of this!
We have had a long discussion for transfer the domain name '
debian.org.tw' and '
debian.tw' to SPI long ago(on 2009). And I've given away the domain name control to DOT team who would like to keep their services to run after the discussion.
I've noticed www and wiki services of DOT are inaccessible since last year when I would like to publish the mini DebConf Taiwan event announcement. I was thinking of it was just temporary down and didn't pay more attentions. However, domain is up again now after your email. But all services of DOT are still inaccessible.
This is what all of us doesn't want to see. :( IMHO, it is worth to consider to transfer that to SPI and redirect the domain name to some official debian services.
I'd wish to hear from DOT team again with very good reasons to keep it as is or transfer. Whatever, in case if we don't hear anything from DOT team or no objection from others until July 4. I'd look it up and see how to proceed the transfer then.
Best regards,
-Andrew
