how to config xemace?

I’m a newer for xemacs!

I wanted to config the xemacs like:

Main()

{

         if (teset == test)

         {

|        | -- Xemace always insert the space in here. I wanted insert the tab char. What should I do?

                   printf(“hello”):

         }

}
