嗯現在可以訪問了。
不過，內容該更新了。
首先locale的生成不應該再手工編輯etc/locale.gen了。
其次，現在似乎不需要手工設置LC_ALL,LC_CTYPE,LANG這些環境變量了，locales
包已經做好了必需的設置工作了。
本來早想貢獻一些faq，可惜由于某些原因，暫時沒有時間來証實我的一些新的認識，
怕寫錯了反而給別人帶來困惑。
