You can simply get those by apt-get, below are installed on my box:
$ dpkg --get-selections |grep arphic
tfm-arphic-bkai00mp install
tfm-arphic-bsmi00lp install
ttf-arphic-bkai00mp install

ttf-arphic-gbsn00lp install
ttf-arphic-gkai00mp install
