zh_TW to be dropped from KDE 3.0 (again)
如果不快點行動，繁體中文 zh_TW 又要在即將發行的 KDE 3.0 中消失了！
有幾點要提醒大家：
1. 如果遇上不懂譯的地方，最好問人，或保留不譯，總比譯錯好。
譯好了，最好確實測試一下譯出來的介面是否正確。
(上次把 anti-aliased (反鋸齒或平滑字型) 譯成「非化名」，
嚇壞人了……)
2. 簡體中文的翻譯進度相當好，不妨參考一下他們已翻譯好的成果，
對繁體中文的翻譯也有相當的幫助。 http://i18n.linux.net.cn/

Now there is the big question how strictly we should apply our usual rule of
"kdelibs.po and desktop.po should be fully translated, kdebase around 75%"?
If we _do_ apply it we would have to drop at least 15 (!) teams for the 3.0
release which were in the beta:

If we would fully apply the rule "kdelibs fully translated" it would be even
more teams (eg Bulgarian and Turkish).But since they sometimes have good
rates in kdebase I left them in.
This would mean that the following teams would be in 3.0 (while the others
would get another chance in maybe 4-6 weeks for 3.0.1). Please check
carefully:
