強烈要求處理垃圾信件

mail list 的問題，還是大家出個辦法處理一下吧。
簡直沒發看信了。而且誰知道裡面有沒有病毒。

不知道開放是什麼意思？是說沒有在list subscribe
的人也可以向裡面發信，並轉發嗎？
