I plan to add GBK support for GNU emacs.

這幾天一直在看 GNU emacs 21.0.104 的 Mule 代碼.
覺得, 如果參照目前 Mule 對 big5 的處理方式, 很有希望
解決 emacs 對 GBK 的支持問題.

有幾個問題, 想請教一下大家:

1. GBK 就是 GB13000.1993 麼?
2. GB2312 的編碼范圍是怎樣的? 它和 ISO 2022 究竟是什麼關系?
3. 這裡誰對 Mule (或者 GNu emacs/ Xemacs 的 Mule) 比較了解的?
