not only x.sourceforge.net banned, but also those redirect their
homepages to x.sourceforge.net banned too, for example:
www.mesa.org
www.octave.org
that means alot of valuable information on valuable free softwares are
away from us.
the ironic thing is, they now allow www.nytimes.com to be visited from
within china after nytimes editor complains to our topmost authority
face to face. :P
