There are a whole bunch, but here are a few that you should install:

	locales
	kde-i18n-zhcngb2312
	chinput
	ttf-arphic-gkai00mp
	ttf-arphic-gbsn00lp
	x-ttcidfont-conf
		
and other KDE packages.  :-)  (Yikes, what happened to task-chinese-s?
It is really gone from sid!)
