由於我是使用 modem 上網，因此才會使用可以離線閱讀的 slrn
，看來我得另想他法了。

多謝 hashao 兄的 python 版，及 eechi von akusyumi 兄的
perl 版 decode filter。看了一下 code，發覺，我的想像力
及創造力得再加強些，真希望自己也能寫些小工具來用用！:-)
