RE: xchat的autoconvert plugins

還沒單獨做成開發包，現在autogb[b5]用的還是靜態編譯。 那個xchat-autogb也是用的靜態libhz庫。
最近想調整一下autoconvert的結構，準備採用類似iconv的工作流程，不然的話加入utf-8等支持太麻煩了。
我已經弄好了一部分，根據輸入和輸出自動組合轉換模塊的已經弄好了，以後加入新的模塊就簡單了。
現在正在改寫autoconvert。我象等這個版本之後在單獨形成一個開發包。
