你是用CLE嗎?如果您以前安裝了 CLE 內附的 Apache，可能
CLE 團隊已經為您修訂了Apache 的設定，把所有網頁都以
Big5 charset 送上,若不是,請在所有的big5網頁加入下面的
script:

<HTML lang="zh-TW">
<HEAD>
