Dpkg 正如 Rpm 是系統上非常關鍵的一個部份, 即使在 RH 上
編譯安裝成功, 也並不會輕易就能在 RH 上自如使用的.
(雖然 Dpkg 是有在非 Debian 系統上安裝使用的案例...)
