* src/preproc/pic/pic.y: Fix format string vulnerability that could allow
the -S flag to be disabled (closes: #107459). Patch adapted from one by
Zenith Parsec <zen-parse@gmx.net>.
* Add build dependencies, as I don't have the bandwidth to build groff
myself on all architectures at the moment. Let's hope they're right.
