* Uses the slink 2.1r4 code base to avoid back porting the FHS location
present in the potato source used for 2.9-13slink14 (Closes: #54909)
* Switch to building the slink 2.1r5 upload on a slink system to avoid
the dependency on perl5 created on potato (Closes: #54955)
* Adopt potato postinst which applies patches at installation time to be
in line with somewhat peculiar mirror license. However, we are
applying only patch-2 (introduced in 2.9-2.1, see #46678) and patch-3
(introduced in 2.9-13slink14, see #54572) to minimize the introduction
of new code in slink.
