Thank you in advance for taking the time to read this letter.  I believe we can be of service to you and your organization for hardware maintenance support and repairs.  We are a quality source for many major name brand products, with a focus on accommodating our customer's limited budget.

We have been in business since 1977, and for the last eight years we sold and supported Sun Microsystems products.  Complete workstations, servers, modules, options, spare parts, and upgrades are configured and tested from our 20,000 square foot facility in Rancho Cordova, California.  Currently, we are also supporting numerous products manufactured by CompuAdd, Digital Equipment Corp., Data General, IBM, NCR, SGI, Unisys, Exabyte, Quantum, HP, Seagate, Sony, and many others.

Our WEX Repair Center offers you a source for dependable, quality product repair, together with overnight "hot swap" of 4mm, 8mm, and DLT tape drives & tape libraries.  Many of our satisfied customers include major maintenance companies such as AT&T, Digital Equipment Corp, Lockheed Martin, Grumman Systems Services, Honeywell Systems Services, Decision One.  Other major customers include Lucent Technologies, the U.S. Customs, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Our average repair turnaround time is twenty-four (24) hours.  Exabyte EXB-8200 2.3GB 8mm tape drives are repaired for $199, and EXB-8500 5.0GB 3GB 8mm tape drives are repaired for $299.

The product repair cost includes a thorough inspection, strict testing beyond the manufacturer's requirements, and parts and head replacement, when necessary.  Our employees take pride in providing top quality services and products, together with a six months warranty on all repairs and sales.

We offer upgrades for customers wanting more storage capacity.  Our Maintenance Contracts are for one year, and require that failed tape drives to be sent to our Rancho Cordova, California facility.  Under this maintenance contract we also allow you one free complete tape drive inspection, test, and re-certification at any time.

Our success and quick turnaround with these repairs are attributed to our large inventory of spare parts. Complete units and as well as upgrades are always available for same day shipment.

We offer the same Repair Center Services for Sun Microsystems products such as CPU boards, Option modules, SCSI disk drives, SCSI tape drives, SCSI CD-ROM drives, Monitors, and Power Supplies.
