  * Activated regexp matching (fixes #29732).
  * Merged new version of Stfan Waldherr's blank patch (blanks only gif
    and jpeg images, so this solves trouble with javascript etc.).
  * Added config file option tinygif to select between "broken image", 1x1
    blank GIF and "JUNKBUSTER" GIF. This gives the user the chance to
    disable the blank patch, which otherwise should be seen as a bug.
  * Changed behavior of force-reload and restart in /etc/init.d/junkbuster
    to really restart junkbuster (fixes #29356).
  * Changed "Recommends: www-browser" to "Suggests: www-browser", because
    junkbuster can work on a server with the browser on another machine.

       uses bright backgrounds with the blink attribute.  I think setterm
       can do that, I know svgatextmode can, and the *fb drivers do it.
       This defaults to OFF.  If you really want it, set it in ~/.ircrc
