These m68k packages were installed into the Debian hierarchy in the
last week:

cnews      - Simple News Server for Usenet news.

  * Added path on upstream FTP site in copyright file.
  * Added a patch from de.admin.news.? (sent to me by
    thorsten@bugfix.westfalen.de) to avoid using a bash-incompatible
    syntax in sh commands. (Fixes #11942)
  * /tmp file security hole fixed by rebuilding with new deb-make version
    (Fixes #12835)


cweb-latex - LaTeX support for CWEB
cweb-latex 1.1.1-2 -> 1.1.1-3 into hamm/hamm/binary-all/devel
cweb-latex (1.1.1-3) unstable; urgency=low
  * Corrected policy bug in the `rules' file (Bug #12741).
  * Does not use debstd anymore.

icmake     - Intelligent C-like MAKEr, or the ICce MAKE utility

  * Reworked with debmake (#12740).
  * Added links to undocumented man page.


jhcore     - Jay's House Core, an enhanced core database for lambdamoo
jhcore 1.8.0-1 -> 1.8.0-2 into hamm/hamm/binary-all/net
jhcore (1.8.0-2) unstable; urgency=low
  * Provide /var/lib/lambdamoo/moo.db with update-alternatives.
  * Do not conflict with new versions of jhcore that also use
    update-alternatives.
  * Fixed unchecked postinst prompting.
  * If tempfile does not exist, fall back on generating temp file by hand
    (safely).
  * Use lambdamoo-core, lambdamoo-server virtual packages.
  * Routine update of debian/rules:
    Added build to .PHONY


jhcore     - Jay's House Core, an enhanced core database for lambdamoo
jhcore 1.8.0-2 -> 1.8.0-3 into hamm/hamm/binary-all/net
jhcore (1.8.0-3) unstable; urgency=low
  * Clarified package description (#13173).
  * Sped up the postinst by just compairing the md5sum of the file to what
    the original had, instead of starting up lambdamoo to test if the wizard
    password is set.


kernel-package - Debian Linux kernel package build scripts.
kernel-package 3.38 -> 3.39 into hamm/hamm/binary-all/misc
kernel-package (3.39) unstable; urgency=low
  * Fixed handling of modules.dep in the image.postinst. We do not attempt
    to recreate a modules.dep, since the man page admits the file so
    created may be incorrect. We warn the installer that there maybe
    problems loading modules into the kernel intil reboot iff the version
    being installed is the same as the version currently running.
  * This fixes BUG#13009.


kernel-package - Debian Linux kernel package build scripts.
kernel-package 3.39 -> 3.40 into hamm/hamm/binary-all/misc
kernel-package (3.40) unstable; urgency=low
  * Added the proposal for the new multi architecture support. Documented
    the new variable patch_the_kernel and the ENV override.
  * Mentioned new behaviour of depmod and friends Re non .o files in
    /lib/modules in the problems file.


kernel-doc-2.0.30 - Linux kernel specific documentation.
kernel-headers-2.0.30 - Linux kernel headers.
kernel-image-2.0.30 - Linux kernel binary image.
kernel-source-2.0.30 - Linux kernel source.

vm-el      - A mail user agent for Emacs (uncompiled elsip source files)

vm (6.34-1) unstable; urgency=low
  * New upstream version. Bug fixes. Changes:
       * vm: use other frame if folder is visible there.
       * vm-auto-archive-messages: don't silently block archival
	 attempts to /dev/null; Emacs no longer complains about
	 writes to /dev/null.
       * vm-toolbar-initialize: add line for 'getmail' button support
	 that got omitted somehow.
       * vm-multiple-fonts-possible-p: added win32 as a window system
	 that supports multiple fonts.


watchdog   - A software watchdog

  * Protected configuration prompting with a conditional so it isn't used
    when dpkg is trying to abort (#12574).


xntp3      - Network Time Protocol clients and server

  * only do the work in postinst if called to configure, closes bug 12633
