   * Install more docs.
   * Link tripwire static so changing libc doesn't help intruder.
   * Move programs and database to /usr/lib/tripwire so this could be mounted
     RO.
   * Wrote a small wrapper (ztripwire) to access compressed databases (#9922).
   * Install wrapper scripts in /usr/sbin.
   * Removed /var entries from default tw.config.
   * Added daily cron script.
