* Compiled with readline support [#11035, #11820].
* Reworked debian/rules to my tastes.
* Removed ERRATA from /usr/doc/es since it refers to a postscript

* Removed "public domain" from the short description, copyright
information belongs in /usr/doc/es/copyright. Other minor changes
to the extended description.
* Removed several spurious files which were bloating the diff.gz.
* Added esrc.haahr to /usr/doc/es/examples/
* Compressed manpage.
* Added menu support.
