* Moved text versions of HOWTOs into new doc-linux-text package which
leaves the mini-HOWTOs (and the outdated Linux-FAQ) in doc-linux and the
html versions in doc-linux-html --- one can now combine doc-linux with
either of doc-linux-{html,text} (fixes feature request #11590)
