Uploaded libcgi-pm-perl 2.36-1 (source all) to master
Currently, this is the same version as the one distributed by Perl,
and is only being uploaded to register the package, and the
maintainer. It does, however, also install the documentation and
examples under /usr/doc, which may be an incentive.

Description: An easy-to-use Perl5 library for writing CGI scripts.
This library usually comes with Perl. This package is there merely
because the library may be updated more frequently than Perl
itself. Also, this installs documentation and extensive examples
under /usr/doc, which may be an incentive.
.
This perl 5 library uses objects to create Web fill-out forms on the
fly and to parse their contents. It provides a simple interface for
parsing and interpreting query strings passed to CGI scripts.
However, it also offers a rich set of functions for creating fill-out
forms. Instead of remembering the syntax for HTML form elements, you
just make a series of perl function calls. An important fringe benefit
of this is that the value of the previous query is used to initialize
the form, so that the state of the form is preserved from invocation
to invocation.
.
This package is destined to be replaced by libcgi-perl, but at the
moment this serves as the rapid prototyping version, and may be more
featureful than libcgi-perl.
