Uploaded des-solnet 1.03-4 (source i386) to nonus

Well, I wanted to learn a bit more about
Unix programming (I've done lots of 'C'
programming on DOS, but I never had all
those processes and pipes and signals
to kick around), so I almost totally
rewrote the "lwatch" program so that it
is now a daemon ("lwatchd"). The log
file stuff works now too.

Cheers,

 - Jim
