* Permits multiple package sources ranked in order (file, mountable, ftp).
* Added dpgk-ftp-x, a Python/Tk interface to configure package sources.
* Caches Packages files and checks update times to see if they need to be
re-fetched.
* Interface to package sources now contained in perl modules.
* (not quite complete) provisions for use to mirror debian package
distributions.
