Uploaded Perl 5.004-1 (source i386) to master

Finally, it's here! Perl 5.004 is released unto the masses. I've
uploaded it to master's Incoming and as always, it is available at
ftp://ftp.daft.com/pub/debian/perl*_5.004*
Ignore that the copyright file states that it's still 5.003.07. I'll
fix that on the next debian release. Note that I'm going to upload the
development track versions to experimental when those come out. There
will also be a perl-build tar file that you can untar in the perl
directory and build your own.
