New experimental gcc (2.7.2.2-3) uploaded to master

As far as I know, this is the first debian package built with the new
libc6.  Note that I had to create debian/substvar by hand, because the
current dpkg-shlibdeps (even the one in 1.4.0.10) can't handle ldd's
output correctly.  So don't try building this at home until our tools
catch up.  :)
