Uploaded qmail 1.00-1 (source i386) to master

I finally got around to polishing up and releasing a first version of a
Debian qmail package. Sorry for the delay.

This version has been released into experimental because I'd like to get
some feedback on how well the installation scripts, etc. work before
releasing a version into unstable. It'd be nice if people could install
this version and generally bash on it and tell me if things don't work
well... Just please don't install it on a big production email server
without doing at least *some* testing by yourself.

Things missing from this version are:

* No nice qmailconfig script like the one in the Debian smail
package. Right now qmailconfig is identical to Dan's qmail-setup script.

* Doesn't know about /etc/mailname

* Cannot be installed over a non-.deb installation of qmail.

* Will not automatically handle the old qmail uids (> 100)

Otherwise everything should be fine. If it's not, please tell me!

Thank,

   Christian
