* debstd: Fix to on the fly generation of the package subdirectories.
* debstd: alternate way to switch suidprocessing off, if contents of suid

* uupdate: -v option did not work in connection with .tar.gz archives
* release: if enviroment variable AUTOCLEAR_BUGS set then clear bugs on
releasing a package without asking for confirmation.
