Uploaded dwww 1.3-1 (source i386) to master
Finally,
I've fixed up dwww and I am uploading it. I've tested it
against all 5 debian httpd servers -- detailed installation
notes for each of them is in /usr/doc/dwww/INSTALL.Debian.gz.
Next release will focus on bug fixes for this release, plus
more automated installation + possibly implementation of the
Debian web standard.

directories in the manpath that don't exist
* modified dwww-daily (/etc/cron.daily/dwww) to use
DWWW_CGIUSER when calling dwww-cache --clean
* tested dwww against five different web servers and wrote
INSTALL.Debian file
