gdb_4.16-2 uploaded to master (source, i386)

** Note: if you intend to compile this on a different architecture, you
may need to edit one of the .h files in /usr/include/sys (procfs.h, actually.)
This .h file tries to determine if gdb is being compiled, and falls down flat
on its face, causing gdb to be compiled incorrectly. Your mileage may vary.

Whilst I've taken over maintenance of gdb, I view myself more as a caretaker
than a maintainer - I don't want to have to maintain this package full-time.
Serious bugs will be looked at; minor issues will probably be delayed until
I get more time. If you want to take gdb over, by all means, go for it.
