New packages gv-2d and gv-3d uploaded to master

This is the Postscript previewer gv, an improved version of ghostview.
As its user interface is completely different from that of ghostview,
it cannot replace it.
gv uses by standard (i.e. in the upstream version) libXaw3d. Some minor
change had to be made in order to get it working with the standard libXaw.
Regretfully it uses interna of the widgets (e.g. struct members) directly,
so there will be no version capable of running with both Xaw versions at
the same time.
gv needs ghostscript (for PDF it needs a recent version of the non-free
ghostscript (i.e. version later than 4.0) )
