digests of the debian-changes mailing list now available

A daily digest of the debian-changes mailing list is now available.
To switch to digests:

1. Send a message to debian-changes-REQUEST@lists.debian.org . The body of
   the message should be the word "unsubscribe".

2. Send a message to debian-changes-DIGEST-REQUEST@lists.debian.org . The
   body of the message should be the word "subscribe".

Digests are issued every 24 hours, or when the volume of the list exceeds
200K bytes.
