These i386 packages were installed into the Debian hierarchy

babel 3.6-3 -> 3.6-4 into unstable/binary-all/tex

    * dpkg-scanpackages warns about spurious entries in override file.
    * dpkg-scanpackages `noverride' renamed to `override' everywhere.
    * dpkg-scanpackages field ordering to put Architecture higher.
    * dpkg-scanpackages field names capitalised appropriately.
    * dpkg-scanpackages invokes find with -follow.  (Bug#3956.)
    * guidelines say #!/usr/bin/perl everywhere, not #!/bin/perl.
    * Many developers' PGP keys added.
    * configure script uses ${CC} instead of $(CC) (again :-/).
    * developers' keys included in dpkg source tree and /usr/doc.
    * configure remade using autoconf 2.10-3 (was 2.4-1).

          * Removed tk support from distribution.  This was written to
            use tk-3.6 and doesn't support tk-4.0 or tk-4.1.  I am not aware
            of any plans to upgrade the code. (Closes bug #2865)

          * h/386-linux.h: undid patch that swaped signal.h for sigcontext.h

    * Revamped debian files
    * Disable mmap-code since mmap does not work on files from the
      proc-filesystem. (Temporary fix, still looking for a better
      solution).

     logins (if possible)
