Question about additional language-related packages in Debian KDE Plasma live image

Hello Debian Images Team,

I am using the Debian KDE Plasma live image and noticed that it installs a large number of additional packages, many of which seem to be related to various human languages (e.g., Chinese, Korean, Japanese).

Out of curiosity, I checked the Debian Wiki page for KDE and found that there are four meta-packages available in the Debian repositories for installing KDE Plasma, each with its own set of dependencies. However, when I reviewed the dependency lists of these meta-packages, I could not find all those additional language-related packages listed there.

I would like to understand:

1. Where are these additional packages (especially the language-related ones) defined or listed for the live image build?

2. Why are they included by default in the KDE Plasma live image?

3. How can I prevent their installation if I want a simple, single-language (English-only) KDE Plasma desktop?

My goal is to have a minimal KDE Plasma setup without unnecessary language support packages.

Thank you for your time and clarification.

Best regards,
Mahdi
