The live DVDs boot with isolinux when booting via BIOS. When UEFI isused, it will boot with GRUB2.

I'm wondering, why do you ask? Do you have troubles booting the DVD onyour old BIOS motherboard?

PS: The 12.6 live DVD is already a year old, the last live DVD forBookworm is 12.11
