Hi Debian CD Group, in support of making the Devuan installer ISO I've done some patch work on the syslinux package(s) to in partcular make it behave for UEFI boot. It resulted in adding 3 patches to the series, that a) resolves firstly the syslinux-efi bug I reported (#1051445), b) then a disk loading issue (discovered in code review, but incidentally might resolve #953484) and c) a third, unreported issue of the system crash when pushing the escape key at the top-level menu. I've built this as debian packages from Devuan and publish them in its experimental repository. I was now wondering; would it be of interest and use that I make this into an NMU upload for debian? regards, Ralph.
