Bug#678065: debian-cd: Include brltty and espeakup in netinst

I've just moved espeakup, brltty and alsa-utils from the "forcd1" config
into tools/generate_di+k_list so they'll get pulled in for every build
including the netinst. Let's see how much of a size difference that makes.
