debian-10.2.0-amd64-DVD-{12,14,15}.iso (and.jigdo)

Hello,

I am trying to download the following iso images

debian-10.2.0-amd64-DVD-12.iso
debian-10.2.0-amd64-DVD-14.iso
debian-10.2.0-amd64-DVD-15.iso

using jigdo, and the .jigdo (and .template) files from:

http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/current/amd64/jigdo-dvd/?C=S;O=A

The other 13 of the 16 total iso images are successful, including the 
various checksums and signatures.

However the 3 aforementioned files

debian-10.2.0-amd64-DVD-{12,14,15}.iso

are not successful --- jigdo reports that it cannot find 1 to 2 files 
per iso, regardless
whether I repeat the attempt over 12-24 hours (centered on 12 a.m. Dec 8 
2019 MDT) , or try various permutations
of different mirrors, etc.

[More specifically:
debian-10.2.0-amd64-DVD-12.iso   2 files missing
debian-10.2.0-amd64-DVD-14.iso   2 files missing
debian-10.2.0-amd64-DVD-15.iso   1 file missing
]
