not graftable into debian-6.0.7-amd64-DVD-2 :

  extremetuxracer-data_0.4-4_all.deb
  openclipart-png_0.18+dfsg-10_all.deb
  ko.tex-extra-hlfont_0.1.0-1_all.deb
  lilypond-doc_2.12.3-7_all.deb
  libboost1.42-doc_1.42.0-4_all.deb

I used
  http://us.cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/snapshot/Debian/
as user chosen mirror in order to get no sane files from other sources.
All files were found on first try. But the five above get downloaded again
in the second pass of the jidgo-lite run.
Wenn i press Return on the prompt

  Press Return to retry downloading the missing files.

i get them downloaded twice again and then still not grafted in.

I did not test DVD-1 yet with us.cdimage.debian.org as user chosen mirror.
So there might be packages damaged which were found on the default mirror
with my first attempt.
