syslinux: please sponsor stretch-pu

I need a sponsor for the stretch-pu I've prepared for syslinux (version
3:6.03+dfsg-14.1+deb9u1).  It's in the debian/stretch branch of the git
repository:

The release team has already approved the request [1].
